For products that are downloadable (3D models etc), refunds are not offered for digital goods as the item cannot be physically returned. All products are tested thoroughly to be as described. If you have a problem with a file please report it immediately as some refunds may be made on a case by case basis. Decisions to offer refunds will be made at our discretion.

This access never expires and will be available for as long as the website exists. Members who have the most regular purchases and longest running support may be rewarded with discounts and gift as a thank you for their support.
The purchase of an on-line comic is not normally a refundable item since you have already potentially enjoyed the content. Refunds can be considered in the event the comic is not compatible with a particular browser or device if the fault can be replicated. TALOS Creative must be given the opportunity to fix the issue first. If a demonstrable technical fault is found that cannot be resolved, a refund can be offered.
A purchase of a pre-order Talos Web Comic Chapter product guarantees release of the that chapter within one year of purchase to allow production time for creation. Failure to release a pre-ordered chapter within 12 months of purchase date qualifies for a refund if desired. No other conditions are considered for refund.
